Returns Policy

In the case of change of mind or incorrect size purchased:

This type of Returns will not be available for custom sized doors ordered by customers.

The customer may return the doors in the original condition with unopened plastic cover.

The returned door will be assessed by Sky Doors’ team before a refund can be authorised.

Sky Doors will reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund if the condition of the door had been changed in any way. For example, the plastic cover wrap removed or damage/scratches to the timber surface.

Customer will be responsible to transport the door back into Sky Doors warehouse.

Customers will have the option to receive the Refund via Cheque, Electronic funds transfer back to a credit card or a Direct Deposit into your bank account.

In the case of major defects:

Sky Doors may offer a full or partial refund for the cost of the doors depending on the severity of the case.

With customer agreement, Sky Doors may offer replacement doors. 

In the case of a full refund, Sky Doors will have the right to keep the door for further investigation and for future quality improvement.

Sky Doors will not be held responsible for charges of hanging or finishing arising out of replaced doors.
